Between dream and time

Longing is also for what never was.

Glances that passed, suspended gestures, silences that remained.

Between dream and time, even the unlived dwells within us.

Laura asked me...

“If you could ask God one question, what would it be?”

At 17, I didn’t know the answer.
Today, I believe: our mission in life is not something we find — it’s something we choose to live every day.

  •  Being authentic is an act of courage.

  • Sometimes, love means keeping a healthy distance.

  • Not every bond must last, but every connection requires respect.

Blessed are the connections that heal.
And the separations that set us free.

Ethics is not optional. And it's expensive.

I’ve been asked to “adjust” financial statements in a way that amounted to fraud. I said no — and the company’s president threw a computer at my head.

I’ve been told to skip proper standards when consolidating intercompany investments. I refused — “the basics” weren’t enough.

These experiences shaped my conviction: Ethics comes at a cost. But the lack of it costs your credibility, your peace, and your career.

When the boss is a Google wihthout wi-fi

In the corporate world, there’s a peculiar kind of leader: the google without wi-fi boss. They seem to know it all, but when it’s time to decide, they freeze. They feed their ego, crave applause without delivering, and feel threatened by talent.

True talent doesn’t need a network – it connects in the real world, creates value, and transforms everything around.

Never lose your ethics. Grow, even when someone tries to block you.
